Senior Financial Manager Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced financial leader to oversee day-to-day finance operations, ensuring accuracy and integrity of financial records, accounts, and reports.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and manage finance operations: Ensure financial data is accurate, reliable, and up-to-date.
  • Create and distribute monthly MIS reports: Include P&L, cash flow, and budget vs. actuals, providing timely insights to leadership.
  • Maintain bookkeeping and compliance: Align with statutory regulations.
  • Lead and mentor a small finance team: Ensure deliverables are accurate, timely, and aligned with organizational needs.
  • Support leadership with financial reporting and analysis: Aid decision-making and investor communications.
  • Track and report financial and operational KPIs: Ensure visibility across functions.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams: Align financial processes with business goals.
  • Ensure statutory compliance in India: Support UK compliance in collaboration with external advisors.
  • Assist in preparing investor reports, forecasts, and financial models: Support fundraising and growth planning.
  • Work on process improvements: Ensure scalability in bookkeeping, MIS, compliance, and financial planning.

Requirements:

  • 5-7 years of experience: In financial management, accounting, or auditing, ideally within a fast-growing or dynamic environment.
  • Strong collaborator: Work closely with key stakeholders across various departments to ensure financial alignment and regulatory compliance.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills: Present complex financial information to investors, auditors, and internal teams.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment: Manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • High level of accuracy: Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining the integrity of financial records and reports.
