We are seeking an experienced Lead Data Scientist to join our Gen AI Competency Center.

About the Role

The successful candidate will lead end-to-end initiatives, analyzing and interpreting findings, drawing conclusions, and recommending business process enhancements.

You will also support pre-sales activities and have hands-on experience with machine learning concepts, particularly in Generative AI (LLM/LMM) with a focus on Natural Language Processing (NLP) or multi-modal models.

This role requires strong business acumen, creative problem-solving skills, and the ability to lead small technical teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Running end-to-end initiatives for business understanding, data preparation, modeling, evaluation, and deployment.
  • Analyzing and interpreting findings from data analysis.
  • Drawing conclusions and recommendations for business process enhancements.
  • Supporting pre-sales activities and initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Familiarity with machine learning concepts.
