Job Overview
Swiggy is seeking a highly skilled Business Finance Manager to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for developing and managing views for different business metrics, coordinating with the business basis to facilitate tactical decision-making, and executing growth plans to deliver top-line goals.

About the Role
The Business Finance Manager will be responsible for analyzing data and generating key insights on the business, user quality, redemption funnels, and other mission-critical metrics. You will also be responsible for identifying opportunities for P&L engagement and consolidating and reviewing P&L with stakeholders.

Responsibilities
* Develop and manage views for different business metrics: dashboards, and scorecards.
* Coordinate with business basis sharp analysis to facilitate tactical decision-making.
* Develop and execute growth plans - ie influencing consumer funnel (traffic, conversion, user-base) to deliver top-line goals.
* Program managing the city growth projects. Designing activity systems, tracking mechanisms, and ensuring timely call-outs and alignments as needed for specific region cohorts.
* Identify city-level opportunities and execute hyper local-level projects.
* Analyze data & generate key insights on the business, user quality, redemption funnels & other mission-critical metrics.
* P&L management: Identify opportunities for P&L engagement and be the SPOC for consolidating & reviewing P&L with stakeholders.
* Process/Program Management: End-to-end process/program management of strategic partnerships, by liaising with key stakeholders internally and leading the execution to completion.
* Strategic Initiatives: Idea, problem-solve & implement key process improvement initiatives within the team.

Requirements
* A bachelor's degree in engineering/business/related field.
* 2+ yr of experience as a Business Analyst or data scientist.
* Functional knowledge of statistical analysis and modeling.
* Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills.
* Strong problem-solving & ability to work in ambiguous environments with high ownership.
* Proficiency in SQL, Python, MS Office and Modeling tools.
* Understanding of basic statistics and probability concepts.
* Strong drive to move fast and break barriers.
