Sr Manager Training and Development

  • A senior-level professional overseeing the development and implementation of training programs for employees.
About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Sr Manager to lead our training initiatives. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and delivering comprehensive training plans that address organizational skill gaps and strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Training Program Development: Create and implement functional, leadership, and mid-level management training programs tailored to employee needs.
  2. Leadership and Mentorship: Design and implement leadership and mentorship programs to nurture high-potential employees and build future leaders.
  3. Content Management: Develop and manage training content, ensuring relevance, accuracy, and alignment with organizational objectives.
  4. Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with stakeholders across multiple locations to identify training needs and align initiatives with business requirements.
  5. Training Execution: Plan, schedule, and manage training sessions, ensuring smooth execution and optimal resource utilization.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Minimum of 7 years in Training & Development, with a proven track record of delivering functional, leadership, and mid-level training programs.
  • Audience Engagement: Experience in engaging diverse audiences and fostering participation during training sessions.
  • Content Expertise: Expertise in content development and management for various training programs.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Project Management: Proficiency in planning and managing multiple training programs effectively.
