As a Product Management Specialist, you will be responsible for defining and communicating the product roadmap in collaboration with stakeholders.
You will prioritize product features and initiatives that align with business objectives, gathering and integrating customer feedback into product planning and development.

To excel in this role, you will need:
- 5-6 years of experience in product management or as a Product Owner, particularly in automotive product development with a focus on electric vehicles, including BMS and chargers.
- A strong understanding of customer needs and product design principles.
- Proven experience in fast-paced, growth-driven environments.
- Excellent collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a customer-centric approach.
