Job Title: Beauty Head

 

The ideal candidate for this position is a highly skilled and experienced leader who can drive business growth, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence in the beauty department. They must have strong technical expertise in skin & hair services, sales orientation, and team leadership to ensure client delight and business growth.

 

Sales & Business Growth
  • Achieve Beauty, Derma & Product sales targets by identifying opportunities, building relationships, and delivering exceptional service.
  • Drive upselling, cross-selling, and renewals by offering personalized recommendations and promotions.

 

Customer Excellence
  • Maintain high service standards and achieve NPS > 90% by ensuring timely package execution, follow-ups, and resolving client concerns promptly.
  • Conduct client consultations to understand their needs and preferences, and deliver tailored solutions to meet their expectations.

 

Operations & Compliance
  • Maintain SOP adherence, hygiene, and equipment upkeep to ensure a safe and efficient working environment.
  • Track product consumption and manage stock effectively to minimize waste and optimize inventory levels.
  • Ensure accurate documentation and system entries to maintain compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

 

Team Leadership
  • Recruit, train, and motivate the Beauty team to deliver exceptional results and achieve business objectives.
  • Allocate work, manage rosters, and monitor performance to ensure seamless operations and maximize productivity.
  • Conduct regular meetings, share promotions/incentives, and resolve grievances to foster a positive and supportive team culture.

 

Collaboration
  • Partner with Slimming Head, Derma team, and Marketing/BTL for cross-functional growth and activations that drive business results.

 

Competencies
  • Strong technical knowledge in skin & hair services, including treatments, products, and best practices.
  • Sales-driven with proven ability to achieve targets and exceed expectations.
  • Excellent leadership, communication & interpersonal skills to inspire and motivate teams.
  • Client-centric with strong problem-solving ability to deliver personalized solutions and exceed client expectations.
  • Flexible to handle shifts, relocations, and promotional duties to support business objectives.
