Exterior Project Coordinator

Ensure timely and quality delivery of exterior projects from planning through handover, meeting design specifications and client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Site Operations Management: Oversee daily site operations for exterior renovations and restorations, guaranteeing seamless execution.
  • Client Liaison: Collaborate with clients, designers, vendors, and contractors to ensure smooth project execution, addressing any challenges that may arise.
  • Design Review: Review and interpret design drawings, providing technical input and quality checks to ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
  • Project Monitoring: Monitor project timelines, track progress, and address on-site challenges proactively, ensuring timely completion.
  • Progress Reporting: Prepare site progress reports and assist in procurement and material management, facilitating efficient project execution.
  • Problem-Solving: Provide proactive problem-solving to overcome project execution hurdles, ensuring successful project outcomes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Exterior Design, Architecture, or related field.
  • 1–4 years' experience in exterior project/site coordination (residential, commercial, or hospitality projects preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of exterior finishes, installation standards, and construction processes.
  • Working proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management tools.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and team coordination skills.
