Job Title: Technical Lead - Full Stack Java Developer

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technical Lead - Full Stack Java Developer to join our team in Hyderabad. In this full-time, on-site role, you will be responsible for leading full-stack development projects, encompassing both back-end and front-end web development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Front-End Development: Develop and maintain the front-end architecture of web applications using fundamental languages such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • JavaScript Frameworks: Work with JavaScript frameworks like Angular, React JS, Bootstrap, and TypeScript to create dynamic and responsive user interfaces.
  • Back-End Development: Design and develop robust back-end solutions using Java, Spring, and Spring Boot.
  • Database Management: Create and manage databases using technologies such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB to support application functionality.
  • Cloud Integration: Utilize cloud platforms such as AWS to deploy and manage applications in a scalable and efficient manner.
  • Tool Proficiency: Use tools like Git/Bitbucket for version control, Jenkins for CI/CD, JUnit for testing, and JIRA for project management to streamline the development process.
  • User Interface Design: Work closely with graphic designers to integrate visually appealing web design features.
  • Cross-Platform Optimization: Ensure applications are optimized for cross-platform functionality, including mobile devices.
  • API Development: Design, develop, and maintain APIs to enhance application performance and interoperability.
  • Project Ownership: Oversee projects from conception to deployment, ensuring quality and adherence to timelines.
  • Continuous Learning: Stay updated on the latest developments in web applications, programming languages, and industry best practices.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in full-stack development with a strong focus on Java, Spring, and JavaScript frameworks.
  • Expertise in front-end languages (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and frameworks (Angular, React JS, Bootstrap, TypeScript).
  • Proficiency in backend technologies such as Java, Spring, and Spring Boot.
  • Solid experience with database technologies, including MySQL, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms, particularly AWS, and tools such as Git, Jenkins, JUnit, and JIRA.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
