We are seeking a detail-oriented Equity Research Analyst Intern to join our team in Hyderabad. This internship provides hands-on experience in equity research and financial analysis, working closely with our analysts to support stock analysis and investment decisions.

Job Description:

  • This is an exciting opportunity for students and recent graduates to gain practical experience in equity research and financial analysis.
  • You will work closely with experienced professionals to develop your skills in financial modeling, valuation, and data analysis.
  • The internship is designed to provide you with a comprehensive understanding of the equity research process, from fundamental analysis to investment decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Perform financial analysis of companies to assess their potential for investment.
  2. Develop and maintain financial models to project company performance and valuations.
  3. Analyze stocks, monitor market trends, and provide insights for investment strategies.
  4. Write concise research reports, create presentations, and summarize findings for internal use.
  5. Prepare accurate documentation to support research and investment processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Actively pursuing CFA Level I/II/III or recently completed a Bachelor's/Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Solid understanding of financial modeling and valuation techniques (e.g., DCF, comparables).
  • Knowledge of fundamental analysis and ability to interpret financial statements.
  • Ability to analyze stocks, draft research reports, and prepare professional presentations.
  • Strong documentation skills with attention to detail.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP) and familiarity with MS PowerPoint and Word.
