Job Title: Lead Data Consultant

About this role:

We are seeking a skilled data consultant to lead client engagements, drive strategy, and deliver actionable insights.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Drive client engagements for creating data-based solutions and applications.
  • Understand requirements, challenges, and opportunities by leveraging frameworks and conducting client interviews.
  • Translate data analysis into actionable insights and recommendations to improve business processes, strategy, and decision-making.
  • Translate client needs into analytics and data-driven solutions and work with engineering and analytics teams to drive project implementation.
  • Participate in the development and execution of the department's strategic plan, including setting clear objectives and goals.
  • Oversee and manage key projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
  • Foster effective communication with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment and collaboration.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to enhance efficiency and productivity.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in business management from a premier institution.
  • Strong understanding of project lifecycles, requirement frameworks, and solutioning skills.
  • Advanced understanding of SQL, Excel, and understanding of Python preferred.
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex data in a clear and concise manner.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.
  • Team player with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues at all levels of the organization.
  • Proficiency in MS office tools.
  • Basic understanding of statistical concepts and techniques.
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and tools.
  • A passion for data-driven decision-making.
