Yield Manager Job

We are seeking a highly skilled Yield Manager to join our team. As a Yield Manager, you will be responsible for optimizing our ad revenue and ensuring the best possible user experience.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will have extensive knowledge of online advertising, specifically in areas such as yield management, ad operations, and data analytics. They will work closely with our publisher partners to ensure optimal ad revenue and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Optimize ad revenue through effective yield management strategies.
  • Monitor and analyze ad performance data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop and implement ad optimization plans to increase revenue and improve user experience.
  • Collaborate with publisher partners to ensure optimal ad revenue and performance.
  • Analyze and report on ad revenue and performance metrics.

Requirements:

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as finance, mathematics, computer technology, or business intelligence.
  • 2-3 years of experience in online advertising, preferably in yield management, ad operations, or data analytics.
  • Strong knowledge of DFP ad server and SSP UI/applications.
  • Experience with header bidding ad tech.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
