Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as an extension of the design team, providing local insights during the design development process.
  • Monitor project execution for quality of workmanship and design fidelity.
  • Ensure high levels of client satisfaction by coordinating effectively during the execution stage.

Role Description:

  • Assist in the design process by providing local support, including knowledge on local aspects, site analysis, research, data collection, and benchmarking studies.
  • Have a thorough understanding of the design intent and GFC portfolio, ensuring quality participation during the execution stage.
  • Document all design fidelity and quality issues in WSRs and escalate to the Project Head/Regional Head when not addressed by the vendor/client.
  • Coordinate between clients and the design team to provide the best possible design solutions to execution issues and build client confidence.
  • Analyze successes and failures of projects by identifying execution issues not trapped in drawings.
  • Grow professionally by achieving personal advancement goals.
  • Work closely with the local team and central studio to ensure smooth project deliveries.

Qualifications:

B.Arch / M.Arch / B.Des / Diploma in Interior Design

Required Candidate Profile:

  • Candidates with extensive experience as a Design Coordinator, specializing in executing interior projects.
  • Prior site execution experience preferred.
  • Revit skills are highly valued.
