Job Title: Manager - Digital

The position of Manager - Digital is available for a talented professional to join our dynamic marketing team. The role involves developing and executing social media strategies, managing online presence, and driving engagement across various platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and drive website traffic.
  • Create and curate compelling content for Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and YouTube.
  • Manage and maintain social media accounts, ensuring consistent brand voice and visual identity.
  • Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics, generate reports, and provide insights to optimize strategies and campaigns.
  • Engage with the online community by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align social media efforts with broader marketing initiatives.
  • Stay up-to-date with social media trends, emerging platforms, and industry best practices.
  • Research and identify key influencers, partners, and communities to foster strategic collaborations.
  • Monitor industry conversations and competitor activities to inform social media strategies.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years experience working on medium or large brands.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager with a strong portfolio.
  • Strong ability to manage and lead a team.
  • Deep understanding of various social media platforms and their respective strengths.
  • Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data.
  • Creative thinker with a keen eye for visual aesthetics.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of current trends, tools, and innovations in social media marketing.
