About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Writer to join our team. As a Medical Writer, you will be responsible for creating high-quality content that combines medical science knowledge and writing skills.

This role is ideal for individuals who want to make a greater impact in their career and grow professionally. You will have the opportunity to work on various projects that involve creating scientific, medical, and educational materials.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Create high-quality scientific, medical, and educational materials such as slides, abstracts, posters, manuscripts, infographics, congress materials, and more.
  • Liaise with international pharmaceutical clients, healthcare professionals, internal and external stakeholders to understand their needs and build trusting relationships.
  • Communicate effectively with team members, authors, faculty, clients, and vendors to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Attend workshops, seminars, and trainings to enhance your skills and contribute to organizational objectives.
  • Support senior team members at client and external meetings as needed.
  • Collaborate with client directors to develop and execute effective medical communications initiatives in the digital space.
  • Ensure all materials follow client requirements, style guides, templates, preferences, and standard operating procedures.
  • Perform as a document specialist, provide intellectual input, and contribute to making cutting-edge research accessible to specific audiences.
  • Share best practices and client preferences to develop skill sets within the medical communications team.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 1-3 years of experience in scientific writing.
  • A PhD/MD (Pharmacology) OR PhD (Life Sciences) OR PharmD with a good understanding of clinical research and medical communication.
  • A clear, concise, scientific writing style with attention to detail and excellent language skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, especially with clients.
  • The ability to adapt writing style to different materials and target audiences.
  • Basic knowledge of biostatistics.
  • Literature reviewing and evaluation capabilities.
  • A very good working knowledge of MS Office.
