This role involves collaborating with our Cloud Architecture & Advisory team to enhance their capabilities and deliver exceptional value to our customers. As a trusted advisor, you will provide technical guidance and support to customers on the S/4HANA Cloud Private Edition topic and its offerings.

To be successful in this position, you should have a strong understanding of SAP products and technologies, including S/4HANA, HANA Database, MDG, SaaS Products (Ariba, Salesforce etc.) & Cloud (AWS, Azure OR GCP). You should also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with customers and internal teams.

Responsibilities:

  1. Present detailed information about RISE with SAP S/4HANA Cloud Private Edition service offerings and value proposition to customers.
  2. Support and organize technical responses to RFP / RFIs.
  3. Develop blueprints for customer requirements around HA/DR, Business Continuity, Security & Compliance, networks, etc.
  4. Work with sales teams to generate pricing and provide ongoing deal support.
  5. Lead technical discussions with customers on the Private Cloud Edition topic and orchestrate expert input from the Cloud Architecture & Advisory organization as required.
