We are seeking a seasoned technical expert to lead our Service Now delivery team. As a Senior Technical Lead, you will be responsible for managing high-performance development teams and providing effective solutions for various business requirements via custom app deployment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage group of Sr developers and senior architects for custom app delivery on Service Now platform.
- Setup best-in-class governance process for complete Service Now development & delivery to meet 100% timeline with quality.
- Good technical understanding of Configuration/Customization of the Service Now platform, including custom apps.
You will work closely with Business Analysts & Product Owners to give best solutions for business needs and suggest best practices across various development processes to have a smooth sprint delivery.
Requirements:
- BS degree or higher in Information Technology
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and collaborative skills.
- Thorough understanding of ITIL/ITSM/Dev Ops/SCRUM processes.
- Service Now implementation experience in custom application or any module in SN product line.
