Study Abroad Advisor

Role Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated Study Abroad Advisor to provide expert guidance and support to students navigating overseas education opportunities.

  • Counsel students on study abroad options, including courses, universities, and countries.
  • Guide students through the admission process, including application forms, SOPs, LORs, and documentation.
  • Offer accurate information about universities, programs, scholarships, and eligibility criteria.
  • Support students with visa applications, financial documentation, and interview preparation.
  • Build strong relationships with students, parents, and educational institutions.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest changes in admission and visa requirements for key study destinations (USA, UK, Canada, Australia, Schengen etc.).
  • Ensure effective follow-up and high conversion rates from inquiry to enrollment.

Key Qualifications:

  • 1–2 years of experience as a Study Abroad/Overseas Education Advisor.
  • Strong knowledge of international education systems and admission processes.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple applications and deadlines.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

Preferred Skills:

  • Prior experience in counseling for USA, UK, Canada, Australia, or Schengen Countries.
  • Strong persuasion and relationship-building skills.
  • Target-driven with a customer-centric approach.
