Job Title: Sr. Creative Strategist

As a Senior Creative Strategist, you will be responsible for leading the development of innovative and effective marketing campaigns across various industries.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in creative strategy, with a strong understanding of branding, advertising, and digital media.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to craft compelling brand stories, develop engaging content, and drive business results.

This role requires a unique blend of creativity, analytical skills, and business acumen.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Crafting and executing creative strategies that drive business growth
  2. Developing and implementing innovative marketing campaigns
  3. Collaborating with the New Business team on creative brainstorming and pitches
  4. Presenting comprehensive creative plans to clients
  5. Maintaining high standards of creativity and adhering to industry best practices
  6. Reporting to the Creative Lead for guidance and feedback
  7. Coordinating daily with the Integrated Solutions Team on account planning and client servicing
  8. Providing visual direction to graphic designers
  9. Breaking down project briefs for junior creatives
  10. Handling revisions based on internal or external feedback
  11. Presenting through all production stages from idea to final product upload

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in creative strategy and marketing
  • Proven track record of success in driving business growth through creative campaigns
  • Strong understanding of branding, advertising, and digital media
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
