Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop Conceptual Designs: Create landscape designs for residential and commercial projects, considering local regulations and environmental factors.
  • Design Implementation: Oversee the implementation of landscape designs at project sites, coordinating with contractors and vendors.
  • Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery within budget.
  • Collaboration: Work with architects, urban planners, civil engineers, and environmental consultants to create integrated project designs.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with local municipal norms, environmental regulations, and project-specific guidelines.
  • Site Assessments: Conduct site assessments, soil analysis, and feasibility studies to inform design decisions.
  • Documentation: Prepare presentations, mood boards, and design documentation for internal approvals and client presentations.
Qualifications and Work Experience:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Landscape Architecture from a reputed Institute: We require candidates who hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Landscape Architecture from a recognized institute.
  • 8-12 years of relevant experience in Landscape Consultancy and Real estate development projects: Our ideal candidate will have 8-12 years of experience working on landscape consultancy and real estate development projects.
  • Proficient in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, Lumion, Photoshop, and Revit: Proficiency in design software like AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, Lumion, Photoshop, and Revit is essential for this role.
  • Strong knowledge of Landscape architectural design, hardscape materials, softscape/horticulture, planting design, soil conditions, subsoil and surface drainage systems, irrigation, and lighting systems: A deep understanding of landscape architectural design principles, hardscape materials, softscape and horticulture practices, planting design, soil conditions, subsoil and surface drainage systems, irrigation systems, and lighting systems is necessary.
  • Familiarity with local development regulations, permissions, and Environmental norms (MoEF): Familiarity with local development regulations, permissions, and environmental norms is required.
  • Excellent design visualization, communication, and project management skills: Strong design visualization, communication, and project management skills are expected.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects Pan-India and collaborate with cross-functional teams: The ability to manage multiple projects across India and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams is crucial.
