Active Rollout Manager Job Description

The role of an Active Rollout Manager is crucial in the highly competitive telecom business. Technology is the key differentiator of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Accountable for FDD BSC RNC TDD MIMO Small cell MW Dismantling Reverse Logistics Opex calculation NSS rollout completion and consolidation in Networks
  • Ensure use of PPEs by all vendors while working at height Electrical systems and mandatory issuance of PTW at heights and energy isolation for all activities
  • Lead cross-functional engineering activities as lead engineering manager for assigned programs proposals and IRD activities
Core Competencies:
  • Effective interface skills with Cross Functional Teams internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues and bottlenecks to deliver Projects on time
  • Responsible self-motivated and proactive approach Advanced analytical skills to understand critical requirements and enable logical conclusions
  • Project Management Skill Sets to deliver Projects on Time with Quality Orientation and operational excellence ability to articulate evolving priorities for the business and drives functional excellence
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Electronics and Telecommunications or Computer Science Engineering with 3 years of experience in a similar field
