We are seeking a skilled Performance Marketing Specialist to join our team. As a key player in handling the day-to-day operations of Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising campaigns, you will play a vital role in driving campaign performance and maximizing ROI.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Management: Manage daily Meta Ads campaigns, including setup, monitoring, scaling, and optimization to ensure maximum ROI.
  • Ad Creative Development: Develop and test ad creatives, audiences, and placements to drive campaign performance.
  • Data Analysis: Track and analyze campaign data to provide actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with the team to create engaging ad copy, creatives, and landing pages that resonate with our target audience.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in executing Meta Ads campaigns.
  • Strong knowledge of Facebook Ads Manager and Business Manager.
  • The ability to manage multiple campaigns and budgets efficiently, ensuring maximum ROI.
  • Analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data and provide actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and reporting skills to effectively collaborate with the team.
