Job Title: Data Architect

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Data Architect.

About the Role:

  • The successful candidate will design and implement scalable data architectures, develop data pipelines, and ensure the quality and integrity of our data.
  • This role involves creating and executing data conversion scripts and processes, as well as documenting data models, mappings, and migration procedures.
  • The ideal candidate will have experience with ELT technologies such as DBT and Snowflake data warehouses.
  • Main Responsibilities:
    • Design and implement data architectures using ELT technologies (such as DBT) and data warehousing platforms.
    • Develop data mapping specifications and transformation rules.
    • Perform data cleansing, validation, and reconciliation activities.
    • Create and execute data conversion scripts and processes.
    • Document data models, mappings, and migration procedures.
    • Configure integrations between applications.
    • Troubleshoot integration issues and implement solutions.
    • Monitor integration performance and implement optimizations.

    Requirements:

    • 3+ years of experience in HRIS implementation, data management, or system integration.
    • 2+ years of hands-on experience with data conversion, integration, or reporting.
    • Experience with data warehousing platforms such as Snowflake.
    • Strong SQL skills and experience with data transformation tools.
    • Experience with ETL processes and data validation techniques.
    • Understanding of data structures and relationships.
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
    • Knowledge of programming languages.
    • Experience with data visualization tools.
