Business Development Assistant

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Business Development Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our sales and marketing team, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth through lead generation, outreach, and pipeline development.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Researching and building target customer lists across various industries
  • Identifying decision-makers and collecting verified contact information
  • Qualifying leads based on ICP criteria

You will also be responsible for executing outreach campaigns via email, calls, and other channels, crafting compelling first-touch messages, and maintaining and updating CRM with pipeline activity.

In addition, you will assist in preparing proposals, pilot plans, and follow-up emails, as well as supporting product demo sessions and taking structured meeting notes.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have strong research and analytical skills, as well as the ability to turn messy inputs into executive-ready content.

Our ideal candidate will be a final-year student or recent graduate with a background in business, engineering, economics, or a related field. You should have a strong sales orientation, including experience with email marketing, outreach, and cold calling.
