Digital Marketing Lead

Job Opportunity:
We are seeking a highly skilled marketing professional to lead and optimize our paid campaigns across Meta Platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive paid campaign strategies, incorporating audience targeting, A/B testing, creative assets, and landing pages.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to craft compelling ad experiences that align with business objectives.
- Continuously monitor and analyze campaign performance, identifying areas for improvement in click-through rates, conversion rates, cost per acquisition, and return on investment.
- Work closely with design & content teams to ensure consistency in brand messaging and campaign assets.
- Track and report campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and custom dashboards.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest ad platform features, trends, and algorithm changes within the industry.
- Manage monthly ad budgets with efficiency and accountability for performance.
- Run remarketing, retargeting, and lookalike audience campaigns to boost engagement and conversion.
- Optimize campaigns for various goals: lead generation, website traffic, sales, brand awareness, etc.
Qualifications:
- Education qualification: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 3–4 years of hands-on experience managing Meta Ads campaigns, running high-performing Meta Ads campaigns for B2C or travel brands.
- Proven ability to manage budgets and achieve strong return on investment.
- Strong knowledge of Ads Manager, Conversion APIs, and audience retargeting.
- Analytical and detail-oriented with strong Excel/Google Sheets skills.
