About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Program Director to lead our project planning and management efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective project plans, ensuring timely completion and alignment with business objectives.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to coordinate project activities, manage resources, and identify and mitigate risks.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to establish clear project goals, scope, and timelines.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in project management, preferably in a similar industry or field.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and influence team members.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
  • Proficient in MS Project, Excel, and PowerPoint, with knowledge of SAP PM, MM, and PP modules an advantage.
  • BE - Mechanical degree or equivalent qualification.
  • 5-7 years of experience in fabrication, with hands-on experience in MS Project.
