Lead Data Strategist

We're seeking a seasoned Lead Data Strategist to drive data-driven decision-making across our organization. In this pivotal role, you'll develop and implement a comprehensive data strategy that aligns with business objectives.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and Implementing a Data Strategy: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data requirements, integrate data across systems, and support data-driven initiatives.
  • Maintaining Data Quality and Governance: Establish policies to ensure data consistency, security, and quality.
  • Training and Development: Provide training and development opportunities to enhance the team's skills in data management and reporting.
  • Dashboard and Report Creation: Oversee the creation of dashboards and reports, delivering key insights to stakeholders.

To succeed in this position, you'll need:

  • 5-10 Years of Experience: Proven experience in data management and reporting with at least some in a leadership role.
  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field (STEM).
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in data visualization tools, SQL, and data warehousing solutions.
  • Strategic Mindset: Strong analytical abilities and a strategic mindset, with proven experience in translating data into actionable business insights.
