Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Communications & PR Manager to join our team at 4Gen Technologies Shenzyn. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a strategic communication & PR plan to enhance the company's corporate image and reputation.
Main Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive communication & PR strategy to promote the company's brand and reputation.
- Manage and maintain positive relationships with media contacts, influencers, and key stakeholders to secure media coverage and maximize brand exposure.
- Create engaging content for various channels, including press releases, articles, blog posts, social media posts, and website content in coordination with respective agencies and partners.
- Plan and coordinate media events, press conferences to generate media interest and coverage for the company and the brand.
- Support our CSR partner (MMF) for Digital marketing, content strategy, Social media management and other marketing & communication activities.
- Monitor media coverage and social media conversations to identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks, and develop appropriate responses.
Employer Branding & Internal Communications
- Develop and manage internal communication and employer branding strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide communication support for various internal activities and initiatives.
- Create employer branding campaigns and content in line with the Employee Value Proposition (EVP) of the organization and its further deployment on Social media and other professional networks.
- Create and implement ideas for employee engagement and activations.
- To work towards making Finolex Pipes & Fittings a preferred employer in the industry and across other sectors.
- To be a brand of choice for job seekers, students, gender diversity, inclusiveness, varied cultural background and contributor towards society.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging communication technologies to ensure the company remains competitive in the market.
Requirements
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to distill complex information into clear and concise messages.
- Strong storytelling and content creation abilities, with a keen eye for detail and creativity.
- Proven experience in developing and executing integrated communication strategies across multiple channels.
- In-depth understanding of media relations and experience in building and maintaining relationships with journalists and influencers.
- Exceptional organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate and build relationships across all levels of the organization.
- Familiarity with crisis communication management and the ability to handle sensitive and high-pressure situations with professionalism and composure.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Masters degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field.
- 4-6 years of experience in Corporate Communications or PR.
- Proven success in developing and executing integrated communication strategies that have positively impacted corporate & brand reputation and awareness.
- Strong portfolio showcasing excellent written and verbal communication skills, including press releases, articles, and social media content.
