Lead Oracle Fusion Financials Implementation

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to drive the implementation and support of Oracle Fusion GL, AR, AP, CM and FA modules. This full-time remote role offers a unique opportunity for personal and professional growth in a rapidly growing start-up consulting firm.

In this role, you will work directly with clients to gather business requirements, drive solutioning sessions and provide recommendations for business process improvements.

  • The ideal candidate has 2+ years of experience in implementing Oracle Fusion Financials.
  • 4+ years of experience in implementing combinations of Oracle Fusion General Ledger (GL), Accounts Receivables (AR), Accounts Payables (AP), Cash Management (CM), Sub-ledger Accounting (SLA) and Fixed Assets (FA).
  • You should have demonstrated experience defining systems strategy, gathering and documenting business requirements, leading fit-gap analysis, as-is and to-be business process designs, conference room pilots (CRPs), functional configuration, testing and user training.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple task assignments.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills (Visio, PowerPoint, Excel).
  • Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment.

Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in implementing Oracle Fusion Financials
