Job Title: Dynamic Content Creator

1. Project Initiation
  • Conceptualize and develop engaging storytelling ideas for the campaign.
  • Select suitable models/artists to fit urban, millennial, Gen Z appeal with natural comic timing or expression strength.

2. Production Coordination

  • Book a suitable studio for a 3-day shoot that meets technical and creative needs.
  • Coordinate videographer + camera team, director, assistant, lighting and sound crew.
  • Direct the shoot to ensure high-quality outputs.
  • Capture photos and BTS content (DSLR or iPhone).

3. Post-Production Services

  • Edit the footage into 3 primary ad films in 2 formats: vertical and horizontal.
  • Incorporate color grading, sound correction, and graphic/textual edits.
  • Apply text animation skills.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience in video production agency mandate.
  • Excellent project coordination and management skills.
  • Strong understanding of storytelling principles and techniques.
