Procurement and Sourcing Executive Role

This is a role in the Procurement Enablement team that supports sourcing and procurement activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support end users with purchase requisitions, shopping carts, and goods confirmations in SAP SRM or other procurement tools.

  • Resolve invoice exceptions and work with Accounts Payable to ensure timely approval of POs.

  • Contribute to operational reporting and help drive the adoption of procurement processes.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to improve working relationships and identify areas for process improvement.

  • Develop and maintain knowledge of procurement operations and provide training to end users as needed.

  • Work with sourcing managers and suppliers to resolve price, quality, and invoice issues.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1+ years of experience in procurement or related field.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Knowledge of procurement systems and tools.
