As an expert in automation-first thinking, you will be responsible for designing and implementing powerful automations using no-code and low-code tools like Make.com, n8n, Zapier, GoHighLevel, while also understanding the backend logic and integrations needed to build efficient systems.
About the Role:
- Design, build, and maintain automation workflows using tools like Make.com, n8n, Zapier.
- Integrate third-party APIs and build custom connectors where needed.
- Develop a centralized automation library – templates, modules, and playbooks for reusability across clients and internal operations.
- Work with stakeholders to map out business processes, identify inefficiencies, and implement automation where it drives the most impact.
- Perform development logic when needed for custom logic, scripts, or advanced integrations.
What We're Looking For:
- Strong hands-on experience with no-code/low-code tools (Make, n8n, Zapier, GoHighLevel, Airtable, etc.)
- Solid understanding of API integrations, webhooks, and data structuring (JSON/XML)
- Ability to analyze workflows and build scalable, modular automation systems
- Attention to detail and structured thinking – you build clean, maintainable systems, not quick hacks
- Strong documentation habits – you'll help build a library of repeatable automation templates
- Knowledge of Python or Java for building custom backend logic when required
