Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly skilled international education specialist to join our team.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in overseas education, with expertise in student visa and admission processes for countries such as the European Union, New Zealand, Canada, Australia, USA, UK, and Germany.

Key responsibilities include guiding students through the entire process from application submission to visa approval, evaluating student profiles, collecting and verifying documents, and communicating with universities, embassies, and consulates.

  • Evaluate student profiles and shortlist suitable educational institutions
  • Collect and verify academic, financial, and personal documents required for university applications and visas
  • Assist in filling out and submitting university applications and ensure timely follow-up on offer letters
  • Prepare and lodge accurate student visa applications both online and offline
  • Stay up-to-date on admission requirements and visa regulations for different countries
  • Coordinate with students and counsellors to ensure all steps are completed on time
  • Communicate with universities, embassies, and consulates as necessary
  • Monitor application progress and provide regular updates to students
  • Maintain accurate records of each case, ensuring confidentiality and precision
  • Support students with queries and provide assistance throughout the process

The preferred candidate should have minimum 1 year of experience in overseas education, visa filing, and possess strong knowledge of student visa and admission processes for at least 2 major countries. Good communication skills in English, written and spoken, are essential, along with strong attention to detail and organisational abilities.
