Earn an Estimated Salary: ₹12,00,000 - ₹20,00,000 per annum

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the industrial lubricants market
  • BUILD STRONG CLIENT RELATIONSHIPS through excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve business objectives
  • Analyze market trends and customer needs to stay ahead of the competition

Requirements

  • Sales, business development, and negotiation skills are essential for this role
  • Knowledge of industrial lubricants and lubrication solutions is required
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are necessary for building strong client relationships
  • Able to analyze market trends and customer needs to develop effective sales strategies
  • Experience in B2B sales and client relationship management is highly desirable
  • Strong organizational and time management skills are required to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is necessary
  • Previous experience in the lubricants industry is a plus
