Job Title: Smartsheet Solutions Expert

Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Smartsheet Solutions Expert to design and implement scalable Smartsheet solutions for business intelligence and process automation.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in building advanced Smartsheet dashboards, forms, reporting capabilities and governance, security, and compliance best practices across Smartsheet environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and build custom Smartsheet solutions for analytics, executive-level visibility, project tracking, and reporting.
  • Integrate Smartsheet with various tools such as Jira, Salesforce, MS Teams, Slack, and ServiceNow.
  • Develop and maintain high-quality Smartsheet reports for business stakeholders.
  • Administer and manage the Smartsheet platform including users, groups, workspaces, and access controls.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into effective Smartsheet solutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in designing advanced Smartsheet dashboards, forms, and reporting solutions.
  • Strong understanding of Smartsheet-Jira integrations (native connector or third-party tools).
  • Hands-on experience with scripting or API-based automation for custom reporting.
  • 4+ years of experience as a Smartsheet Administrator or advanced power user.
