Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Property Professional to join our team in reviewing property deals and making informed decisions.

This is a secure, full-time remote role that offers the opportunity to work with a respected property investment company.

Main Responsibilities
  • Analyzing residential and commercial property deals to determine their potential for growth.
  • Reviewing documents such as floorplans, EPCs, comparables, agent PDFs, and other key information to ensure accuracy.
  • Calculating key figures including ROI, yield, refurb costs, profit, and GDV to inform decision-making.
  • Maintaining and updating deal analysis spreadsheet tools to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Producing written summaries of each deal, including recommendations for further action.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken) is essential.
  • A passion for working with numbers and structured thinking is required.
  • Previous experience in property, finance, or detailed analysis work is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with terms such as yield, refurb budget, ROCE, GDV, LTV, etc. is necessary.
  • A meticulous approach to work, checking details thoroughly to ensure accuracy.
