Digital Content Specialist

Job Title:

As an Assurance Digital Content Producer, you will be responsible for managing the publication of content across key Assurance platforms. This includes transforming technical content, thought leadership, and other relevant materials into searchable, hyperlinked, and navigable pages within designated publishing systems.

The primary objective of this role is to ensure that optimized content is delivered to practitioners at the point of need and via the firm's enterprise content management systems according to key content publishing standards.

Key responsibilities include editing and/or publishing content for various internal and external firm communities, supporting development of digital documentation for knowledge content creation, repurposing, publishing, and/or review as deemed necessary by the community, and communicating status effectively with team leaders.

You will also apply metadata, tagging, and cross-promote content to related site sections, homepage areas, webcasts, internal web pages, mobile sites, and electronic newsletters.

To qualify for this role, candidates must have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent job experience, 2 years of relevant work experience, and ability to understand how a Content Management System (CMS) works and to efficiently learn and apply custom web-publishing and formatting tools.

Candidates should also have familiarity with work management platforms such as Adobe Workfront, experience with production technologies such as XML, HTML, and CSS, and proficiency in MS Office tools.

They should also possess strong communication and organizational skills, time management skills, and ability to meet deadlines.
