Job Description:

As a diligent and experienced PE (Private Equity) Senior Fund Accountant, you will be responsible for a wide range of accounting and financial duties. These include maintaining books and records, calculating fund Net Asset Values, and handling investor-related transactions.

The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented professional with a strong accounting background who can work efficiently to meet the demands of our private equity fund clients. You will also serve as a primary contact for clients and actively contribute to business expansion projects.

  • Maintain accurate books and records and calculate fund Net Asset Values (NAVs).
  • Review and/or prepare financial statements and associated reports, including performance metrics.
  • Calculate carried interest/performance/incentive fees.
  • Prepare calculations and investor allocations for capital calls, distributions, and equalizations.
  • Coordinate and/or process payments and other transactions.
  • Act as a primary day-to-day contact with clients and other fund participants.
  • Work closely with the Investor Relations team to respond to investor queries and to disseminate capital activity and other investor notices.
  • Participate in projects that may be defined from time to time in connection with the continuing expansion and evolution of the business.
  • Identify and escalate any material issues affecting service delivery.
