Job Description

As a senior accounting professional, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless fund processing according to established policies. Your expertise will be crucial in maintaining the accuracy of net asset value (NAV) and yield, while adhering to strict controls.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage daily activities of a functional team by monitoring, reviewing, and validating transactions for accuracy and timeliness.
  • Provide timely and accurate management reporting, as well as maintain issue logs under moderate supervision.
  • Research and resolve exceptions and issues, escalating unresolved matters to management as necessary.
  • Reconcile and resolve discrepancies with internal teams and external clients as needed.
  • Ensure client inquiries are resolved promptly and accurately, communicating effectively when necessary.
  • Oversee adherence to standard operating procedures and maintain knowledge of current alternative procedures and processes.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven understanding of financial services and investment products.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently with MS Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Graduate degree in Business, Accounting, or Finance, or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in related accounting or finance field preferred.
