**Job Description**

We're looking for a talented Content Writer/Marketing professional who can create impactful, engaging content and contribute to innovative digital marketing strategies. This is a unique opportunity to work closely with seasoned professionals and shape our content strategy while making a tangible impact on the brand's growth and presence.

This role involves crafting high-value content like blogs, case studies, whitepapers, eBooks, and videos to address various stages of the buyer journey. You'll also develop creative content strategies aligned with our business goals and manage social media posts across platforms.

You will assist the marketing team in planning and executing digital campaigns, monitor content performance, and suggest improvements based on data-driven insights.

The ideal candidate should have 4-5 years of experience in content writing and marketing roles, exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills, as well as strong knowledge of SEO concepts and analytics tools like Google Analytics or Mixpanel.

**Estimated Salary:** ₹10,00,000 - ₹15,00,000 per annum

This estimate is based on industry standards and location (Hyderabad, India) considering the required skills and qualifications.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Craft high-value content like blogs, case studies, whitepapers, eBooks, and videos to address various stages of the buyer journey.
  • Develop creative content strategies aligned with our business goals.
  • Manage and schedule social media posts across platforms, ensuring consistency in voice and tone.
  • Assist the marketing team in planning and executing digital campaigns.
  • Monitor content performance and suggest improvements based on data-driven insights.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and best practices in content writing and digital marketing.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless lead handoff and alignment on objectives.
  • Lead SEO initiatives such as keyword research, on-page optimization, technical SEO, and link-building strategies.
  • Work with design and development teams to align digital assets with SEO and marketing goals.

**Prerequisites:**

  • 4-5 years of experience in content writing and marketing roles.
  • Exceptional skills in writing, editing, and proofreading.
  • Strong understanding of content creation and digital marketing principles.
  • Familiarity with CMS platforms like WordPress or Drupal.
  • In-depth knowledge of SEO concepts and a proven track record in driving organic growth.
  • Proficiency in analytics tools like Google Analytics or Mixpanel .
  • Excellent research abilities and the capacity to write on diverse topics.
  • Creative mindset paired with keen attention to detail.
  • Experience with graphic design tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite .
  • Knowledge of CRM tools like HubSpot is a plus.
