European Union IT Expert

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior IT Specialist to join our team as a key member of the IT department. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in European Union (EUC) imaging, with expertise in designing and implementing deployment strategies for Windows environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement comprehensive deployment strategies for Windows environments
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate and finalize designs
- Ensure the continuous improvement of Alstom Image versions
- Develop and execute test procedures to manage risks associated with deployments
- Provide high-level technical support and troubleshooting services
- Contribute to the development of new SOE builds, migrations, and upgrades
- Enhance engagement with business and IT partners
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, or Technology
- Over 7 years of relevant experience
- Experience or understanding of Autopilot & SOE/Imaging, Intune, OS Migrations, and OS troubleshooting
- Knowledge of Microsoft Windows 11/10, Intune, SCCM/MECM, Autopilot
- Familiarity with PowerShell scripting and automation
- Excellent communication and vendor management skills
- Experience in a global IT environment and ITIL processes
- Flexibility and adaptability in managing global processes and availability for on-call emergency situations
