Job Overview:

The ideal candidate will oversee the administration, configuration, and maintenance of a Microsoft Dynamics 365 environment to ensure minimal disruption to business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee overall administration, configuration, and maintenance of the D365 environment ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
  • Lead company IT projects, including the design and deployment of new IT applications, systems, and services.
  • Monitor performance of information technology systems to determine cost and productivity levels, and make recommendations for improving current business process and controls.
  • Analyze business requirements by partnering with key stakeholders across the organization to develop solutions for IT needs.
  • Troubleshoot software applications related to internal IT applications.

Requirements:

  • 10 years of experience in IT infrastructure, expertise in finance and operation, Microsoft Azure cloud, sales and distribution, purchasing, inventory management, production, and accounts and finance modules.
  • Experience leading and managing large IT projects and rolling out IT ERP applications and infrastructures across various technologies.
  • Excellent working knowledge of MS SQL databases, Microsoft Power BI, and Azure Cloud.
