Senior SCCM Infrastructure Engineer

Job Title: Senior SCCM Infrastructure Engineer

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Senior SCCM Infrastructure Engineer to manage and support our client's SCCM infrastructure at the server level.

Key Responsibilities:

  • SCCM Server Management: Manage and support SCCM servers, including installation, configuration, and optimization.
  • Server-Side Patch Management: Handle server-side patch management, software distribution, and compliance reporting.
  • Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot and resolve escalated L3 SCCM issues with a focus on server environments.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with global IT teams to ensure secure, reliable, and cost-effective infrastructure management.

Requirements:

  • Enterprise Experience: Proven hands-on experience in SCCM server administration at enterprise scale.
  • Windows Server Expertise: Strong knowledge of Windows Server environments and integration with SCCM.
  • Technical Skills: Expertise in patching, deployments, task sequences, and reporting.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to resolve complex technical issues independently at L3 level.
  • Communication: Excellent communication skills to work with international teams.
