Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team at Escholar Studies Pvt. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and a proven track record of success in generating and qualifying leads, developing and maintaining relationships with customers and prospects, and closing sales.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead Generation and Qualification: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, and qualify leads to ensure they align with our company's goals and objectives.
  • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and prospects, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring their needs are met.
  • Sales and Account Management: Close sales and manage existing accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Performance Tracking and Reporting: Monitor and report sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to increase sales.
  • Marketing and Promotional Activities: Participate in marketing and promotional activities to support sales efforts and increase brand awareness.

Requirements:

  • Graduate with any discipline
  • 1 year of experience in sales or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Ability to build rapport with clients and prospects
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to meet deadlines
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
