Paints and Coatings Sales Representative

We are seeking an experienced Paints and Coatings Sales Representative to join our team at AkzoNobel. As a sales professional, you will be responsible for handling existing customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth within our assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, understanding their needs and preferences.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through targeted marketing efforts and effective communication with potential customers.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to develop and execute sales strategies that meet or exceed sales targets.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity, providing valuable insights to inform sales strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives.
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- A minimum of 4-6 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the paints and coatings industry.
- Strong knowledge of the architectural sales segment and ability to develop effective sales strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and meeting or exceeding performance expectations.
We offer a competitive salary of approximately $70,000 per annum, based on location and experience. Additionally, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and opportunities for career growth and development.
