Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Clarity Developer to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing Clarity solutions for policy, billing, and claims modules.

The individual will work on Example Platform versions 6X & 7X, develop data insights and reports using Clarity, SSRS/SSIS, and Snowflake, and collaborate with actuarial, underwriting, and claims teams to optimize data usage.

The Clarity Developer will create and maintain dashboards and reporting tools to support business decisions, ensure data accuracy, integrity, and performance across Clarity implementations, and participate in requirement gathering, solution design, and testing phases.

In addition, the Clarity Developer will provide technical support and troubleshoot Clarity-related issues.



Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong hands-on experience with Clarity and Example Author/Server.
  • Proficiency in SQL, Snowflake, SSRS/SSIS, and data transformation techniques.
  • Good understanding of insurance domain processes (underwriting, rating, forms, rules).
  • Experience with Express, Forms, Rating, Batch Processing, Task Creation, and Address Validation.
  • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
