Job Summary

We are seeking an accomplished Customer Success Manager to drive business value through customer success advocacy, stakeholder alignment, and strategic guidance. This role involves leveraging deep industry knowledge to guide customers in achieving their objectives using Tableau.

Key Responsibilities:

Main Objectives
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers, utilizing extensive industry, product, and technical expertise to guide them towards achieving business objectives through Tableau utilization.
  • Nurture strong relationships at key stakeholder levels, ensuring alignment with customer needs across various market segments, sizes, and solution complexities.
  • Evaluate customer goals and capabilities, offer recommendations for Tableau ecosystem health, performance optimization, and achieving business and technology objectives.
  • Cultivate executive-level relationships within customer IT and business leadership, solidifying partnership commitments and driving innovation aligned with customer business challenges and growth potential.
  • Contribute to comprehensive adoption plans showcasing current and future states, enabling the customer through an underlying roadmap.
  • Apply Tableau product knowledge to address technical concerns, ensure acceptable resolutions, and align platform features with customer priorities and roadmaps.
  • Conduct quarterly reviews, identify trends, and provide tailored release recommendations to ensure stability, performance, and feature enhancement.
Required Skills
  • 8+ years of relevant industry experience in Customer Success, SaaS platform use or project leadership, Technology Consulting, and/or Solutions Architecture.
  • Strong consulting skills and proven ability to drive business value, facilitate discussions, handle objections, and influence C-level conversations.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce product and platform features, governance principles, methodologies, and enterprise architecture.
  • Excellent communication skills to articulate technical issues to diverse audiences.
