We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our team and contribute to our growth. In this role, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, ensuring exceptional customer experiences, and driving sales growth while maintaining profitability.

Your Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute operational strategies to achieve sales projections and maintain cost control.
- Create and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) that ensure consistent quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
- Oversee inventory management, including accurate tracking, forecasting, and wastage minimization.
- Ensure facility maintenance and safety standards are met, providing a clean and friendly environment for guests.
- Lead and motivate your team, provide feedback, and foster a positive work environment.

Key Requirements:
- A degree in Hotel Management or Business Administration is preferred.
- At least 5 years of full-service restaurant management experience.
- Flexibility to work varying hours and cover shifts as needed.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and prioritization skills.

This position reports directly to the General Manager Operations.

Competitive Salary: ₹800,000 - ₹1,200,000 per annum, depending on experience.
