Job Summary

  • We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Manual Tester to join our team.

About the Role:

  • As a Manual Tester, you will play a vital role in ensuring the quality of our software applications by executing and validating tests based on prescribed strategies and designs.
  • You will be responsible for understanding business needs, customer workflows, product, and technical requirements, and developing test cases for functional and non-functional aspects of the product.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Test Execution and Validation: Execute and validate tests according to prescribed strategies and designs, ensuring high-quality results.
  2. Requirements Analysis: Analyze business needs, customer workflows, product, and technical requirements to develop effective test cases.
  3. Defect Reporting and Management: Identify, report, and support defect investigation, validate defect fixes, and analyze impact of fixes.
  4. Test Report Generation: Create comprehensive test reports including defect logging, test result logging, defect analysis, and RCA.
  5. Coordination with Project Teams: Coordinate test activities with project teams to ensure timely completion as per project schedules.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree: Biomedical Engineering or Medical Electronics required or equivalent.
  • Experience: 5-8 years of experience in manual testing lifecycle.
  • Desirable Skills: Basic knowledge in automation, ability to run automation test scripts, HIS, RIS, PACS, DICOM, HL7, EMR, HER, HIPAA standards, PET SPECT CT scanner usage.
