Job Description:

We are looking for a highly skilled Technical Solution Architect to lead the implementation of our Transportation Management System (TMS) solution. As a key member of our Customer Success Organization, you will be responsible for deploying and maintaining the TMS solution, configuring it to meet customer business needs, and providing technical expertise to resolve complex problems.

Responsibilities:

  • Deploy and maintain the TMS solution
  • Configure the TMS solution to meet customer business needs
  • Provide technical expertise to resolve complex problems
  • Attend and contribute to key meetings with project stakeholders
  • Communicate business cases to product management and development teams
  • Interact with product management and development teams regarding new releases and functionality
  • Work with support services teams to ensure customer stability post-go-live
  • Conduct technical analysis sessions with clients and project teams to understand functional needs and develop solutions
  • Provide functional support to project teams, including quality assurance, design review, environment setup, software installation, configuration, report generation, operation consulting, troubleshooting, system testing, and programming

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of corporate experience, or less if you have knowledge of BY TMS acquired in previous implementation projects
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or relevant discipline
  • Expertise in integration of TMS product, Azure architecture, solution integration, quality assurance, system testing, and web services (SOAP)
  • Oracle RDBMS concepts
  • Java
  • Windows/Unix OS concepts
  • Data science, Agile, Azure, AI/ML experience a plus
  • Transportation domain knowledge a plus
  • SQL, PL/SQL, BA Cognos, Power BI, OS, DB maintenance jobs, debugging, and troubleshooting knowledge
  • Hands-on experience integrating various applications on Azure architecture
  • Ability to resolve complex problems with minimal guidance
  • Excellent computer skills with in-depth knowledge of operating systems, client/server technology, ERP systems, integration, and middleware technologies and applications
  • Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and consultants
  • Highly developed analytical and problem-solving skills
