As a Senior Software Engineer/Architect, you will be responsible for architecting and designing scalable supply chain solutions that meet business needs.

You will develop and maintain complex algorithms for supply chain optimization and forecasting.

Lead the development of core modules that support S&OP, inventory planning, demand forecasting, and logistics management.

Apply advanced knowledge in data structures, algorithms, and AI techniques to solve supply chain challenges.

Collaborate with product managers and business analysts to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Work with data scientists to integrate AI models into supply chain workflows.

Lead agile software development efforts and ensure best practices in test-driven development.

Ensure the development process follows the Six Sigma quality framework by writing comprehensive unit and integration tests.

Mentor junior engineers and lead development teams in software design patterns and best coding practices.

Review and contribute to architectural decisions to improve overall platform performance and stability.

Conduct code reviews and provide technical feedback to ensure high code quality.

Continuously improve system architecture to handle increasing data volumes and business complexity.

Minimum 7+ years of experience in enterprise software development, specifically within supply chain management solutions.

Proven experience developing S&OP applications and optimizing end-to-end supply chain processes.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to design effective supply chain solutions.

Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and clearly explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Experience mentoring developers and leading development teams in a collaborative environment.

Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Masters Degree in a relevant field is a plus.

Certifications in supply chain management, AI, or Six Sigma would be an advantage.
